Done more testing - problem related to UltraMon

The problem seems caused by a combination of Eclipse and UltraMon.

UltraMon adds a button to every window's title-bar which provides a quick "move to other monitor" function.
If I use this button to move Designer, it forgets the move after it's restarted. But if I restore (un-maximise) Designer, then drag it to the other screen, then maximise, it remembers the move.

Further to this, the Notes client has the same problem in *both* v8.0.2 and v8.5, while Designer only has the problem in v8.5, so it might be an issue in all Eclipse-based apps.
At least it's somewhat less annoying than I first thought, as I now have a workaround.
